Living area
Villa Santa Maria features a large reception area with a lounge, a large wooden table and chairs running alongside a majestic bar, opening out onto the outdoors with a 180° view thanks to large bay windows. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Krups bean-to-cup coffee machine, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob, electric griddle, all necessary crockery, a television, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board).
You’ll also find a relaxation and leisure area with table football.

Villa Santa Maria features 8 bedrooms, comprising 6 double beds and 4 single beds (which can be converted into double beds), as well as 4 bathrooms and 4 toilets. Optimal comfort for you and your loved ones.
Outdoor areas
Because Villa Santa Maria is just as much about enjoying the outdoors… You’ll discover a huge private wooden terrace, completely secluded, with beautiful garden furniture, a lounge area with armchairs and sofas, hammocks and a gas barbecue set amidst lush greenery.
Leisure activities haven’t been forgotten… you’ll have access to a table tennis table for games under the sun of Notre-Dame-de-Monts.
Top-of-the-range facilities
To make your stay even more unforgettable, Villa Santa Maria also offers a swim spa, a sauna and a hydrotherapy pool. These facilities are private and optional, at a cost of €100 for the duration of your stay. An aquabike is available for your use.
With direct access to the beach just a 5-minute walk away and situated in the heart of a pine forest, Villa Santa Maria is the ideal place to get together and plan a weekend and/or holiday on the Vendée coast.
To ensure you enjoy the utmost comfort during your stay at Domaine le Sherwood, we offer a range of additional services :
Bathrobe: €5 per person for the duration of your stay.
Towels: €7 per person for a towel set (one small and one large towel).
Private spa: €100 for the duration of your stay.
Baby kit: €15 for the duration of your stay.
Cleaning: A mandatory flat-rate charge of €250 will be applied for the end-of-stay cleaning.
Late Check-out and Early Arrival : If you would like to extend your stay by a few hours, we offer late check-out and early check-in for €180 (subject to availability, booking required).
Pets are welcome for an additional charge of €15 for the entire stay.
